I have started to move towards more consistent iconography and removed the personal sawmill track. Instead of counting out all the logs, personal sawmills can collect as much as they want, and the owner can invest in increasing the revenue or decreasing the cost of running the mill. The chipmunks are more prevalent and should easily get the player's attention now with a reminder in the public sawmill section to remove trees. I have also labeled the Action Board, Market, Public Mill, and Investment Board. This should help players stay organized when learning the rules.

I had a big playtest party on Sunday, and it went really well in determining if people enjoy playing the game. Everyone left wanting to play again and offered great feedback.
I also tested an expansion for the game that I can hopefully sell alongside the base game to boost sales. The feedback I heard was that the expansion added new elements but not complexity, so that was exciting! I am going to run with both expansions moving forward and keep refining the small details.
The most important thing to get done now is the rulebook and a video to post for the campaign. Later this week, I need to finish everything and order 1-5 copies of the game to be here in time for my first pre-launch convention! I am starting to feel the crunch of time, but it is going really well!
If you have any ideas about design or layout please let me know! Very much still a work in progress.
