Board of Directors Terms and Conditions:

1. Membership Purchase

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that joining the TableLM Board of Directors is a voluntary paid membership costing $2,000 USD. Payment must be completed to secure your Board Member status and associated rewards.

 

2. Non-Refundable Payment

All payments are final and non-refundable, except in the event TableLM cancels the Board of Directors program before fulfillment begins. In such a case, you will be entitled to a full refund.

 

3. Included Rewards

Board Members will receive the following:

👪 Cousins Expansion

💎 Deluxe Bits

🔑 Each Future TableLM Game & Expansion (delivered as produced, does not include upgraded components)

**The first ten board members will also receive $0.01/copy royalty of each TLM game printed until a maximum royalty payout of $10,000**

 

All games and expansions are subject to normal production and delivery schedules. Estimated timelines may shift due to manufacturing, shipping, or other logistical factors.

 

4. Rulebook Credit

Each Board Member may submit a name or title (maximum 30 characters) for inclusion in the rulebook. TableLM reserves the right to refuse or edit any name that contains profanity, trademarks, or other inappropriate content.

 

5. Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Board Members will receive an invitation to the Online Annual General Meeting planned for January 2026 and subsequent years as determined by TableLM. Attendance is optional. Meetings may be recorded for internal use.

 

6. Transferability

Memberships and associated perks are non-transferable and may not be resold, except with written consent from TableLM.

 

7. Communication

By submitting this form, you consent to receive occasional updates and invitations related to your membership and TableLM projects. You may unsubscribe from non-essential updates at any time.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

TableLM is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or third-party platform issues beyond its reasonable control. Total liability under this membership shall not exceed the amount paid ($2,000 USD).

 

9. Shipping Information and Responsibility

It is the responsibility of each Board Member to ensure that their shipping address, email, and contact information remain accurate and up to date through the duration of fulfillment. Additionally, board members are still required to pay for shipping and applicable taxes for all TLM products shipped.

If your address changes before your rewards are shipped, you must notify TableLM in writing (by email) as soon as possible.

TableLM is not responsible for packages shipped to outdated or incorrect addresses provided by the member, nor for any additional costs associated with reshipping items due to such errors.

10. Acknowledgement

These terms and conditions may change at anytime without prior notification. Submitting this form does not guarantee a position on the Board. TableLM reserves the right to limit the number of available positions. If a position is available and your application is approved, TableLM will contact you to arrange the final payment of $2,000 USD.
